SHIPPING POLICY
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 working days. Please allow enough time for your parcel to reach you.
Please contact us if you require express shipping or guaranteed next day delivery (UK customers only).

Please note that custom/tax fees are out of our hands and it is therefore the customer’s responsibility to pay these.
Our shipping works on a weight based system, you will be notified of the shipping cost based on the items you have selected at checkout.

RETURN POLICY
If you are unhappy with an item we can offer you a refund or an exchange upon return.
Conditions for Return/Exchange:

The item must be unworn and undamaged.

You must send the item back within 14 days of receiving your item.
Please get in touch with me via email (shopwildflowerlondon@gmail.com) if you want to exchange or return your item.
We don’t offer free returns or exchanges so you will have to cover the cost of posting the item back to us. For exchanges you will also have to pay for postage again to get the item you are exchanging back to you.
We recommend any returns/exchanges are sent tracked and signed for as we cannot accept liability for items that do not reach us. Please return items in a saleable, unworn and undamaged condition. If evident that the items have been worn or the labels are removed, we can’t offer an exchange/returns and your item will be sent back to you.
When returning or exchanging please write a note in your parcel stating whether you are returning or exchanging (and what for), your name + your order number.
We will aim to refund/exchange the item within 1-3 working days from receiving your return.
